[OS system] Notifications are not displayed / C70

Hello,
Oscal C70 owner here. I have the problem that notifications are not displayed in the status bar. Neither Whatsapp, GMail etc. I have all apps in the whitelist of the System Manager, and in the general settings the notifications are turned on. How can the problem be solved?
