[OS system] [S80] 2G/3G not working !

Hi, I'm using Oscal S80 in Brazil and the cellphone just cannot find tower's signal based on 2G/3G, is it some bug ? Besides, while I'm connected to the tower near home I can send SMS,use Mobile Data, but not able to make or receive phone calls in LTE mode! If I go downtown I'm able to make these phone calls.
I'm already reboot, format, change station using code *#*#4636#*#*, the chip is working fine and any other cellphone can find and connected to these signals and make phone calls.
