[Tiger 12] Problem with fingerprint sensor.
Hello, good afternoon. I have a problem with the fingerprint sensorl, it disappeared from the settings. When I go to Settings > Security > Unlock options, the fingerprint option is no longer there. However, I know the hardware is functioning because I use it to access my banking app, and it still works in that case. I’ve been searching online and it seems to be an Android issue, as several users with different brands and models are experiencing similar problems, especially with certain "silent" updates. Here are the things I’ve tried to fix the issue:
1. Updating the system.
2. Updating Google Play system.
3. Clearing credentials.
4. Changing the language.
5. Resetting app preferences.
6. The three reset options: 1- Reset Wi-Fi, mobile data, and Bluetooth. 2- Reset app preferences. 3- Erase all data (factory reset). After doing a factory reset, I can no longer access my banking app with the fingerprint sensor and now I have to use a password.
7. Booting into safe mode.
One solution I thought of is reinstalling the firmware, but OSCAL has not provided a downloadable firmware for my phone (Tiger 12).
